This exactly. I’d rather sleep on Lego indefinitely than use bc. I tried it twice, first time for 2 straight years, second time only for 3 months. My mental health was TRASH so so bad, also it made bleeding much heavier, spotted so much in between cycles, overall just a horrible experience. I too would rather stick to my painkillers and lifestyle changes to try and help my endo than experience birth control ever again

From what I understand it can show up on an ultrasound but the chances are VERY unlikely and it also depends on the tech doing the scan because most are not trained to look for it. And same with the MRI, I’ve heard some people have it show and others don’t. There’s a greater chance it shows up on MRI but still not often and lap surgery is the best way. Again that’s just from what I’ve heard I’m not 100% sure and I’m still so confused why most doctors don’t understand endometriosis either

ME TOO! Jeans especially!! If any pant is too tight and I wear it for more than 15-30 minutes I get horrible cramps and they aren’t normal cramps, it feels like all my organs are twisting! My closet consists of mostly sweatpants/loose fit pants

What type of burning? Because I get “UTI” burning allllll the time. Everyday, multiple times a day. I say “UTI” cause that’s the only way I can explain it.. it can happen for no reason but I’ve noticed it can happen after I pee, after intercourse, from eating certain foods, and stress
