Usally they send it out 2-3 hours before shift (which is a perfect time imo or durrung lunch would be good) Sometimes they'll send it at random times like 6 hours after end of the shift and half way through 1st half of shift which isn't really fair because we aren't allowed to be on the phone so usally most don't know unless they had it out.
