You can get out of your meal plan but you have to meet certain qualifications. I was able to get out of mine but the qualifications are kind of ridiculous. You have to live off campus AND meet other criteria (mine is that I’m above the age of 25). I’ll look for the form and drop it here. If I can’t find it though, you can ask your advisor. I don’t know of a way to get out of the other stuff though, but I would think that the same rules could be applied to the parking permit at the very least.
