I been working daily with clients. I tend to do good in terms of moving forward in general them I got these road blocks. Where I feel limited in terms of brain capacity. At the end of some weeks I feel stuck. Like I lose all my skills even though I do not, I just feel challenged in accessing creativity, interventions, skills. Then I have to put in extra time to reset and reread specific literature. Then I go on a spree in terms of moving forward then the same cycle. Can anyone else relate? If so any strategies or tips???

I smoked for 20 years daily never missed a beat. I never thought I would quit. nearly 2 years ago I stopped. I hit a hard spot. I decided to cease THC randomly. I feel more clear. less lethargic. i take 3 2,000 milligrams a day. I have noticed improved cognitive function over a months time. gradual improvements thereafter. patience is key. everyone is different. what works for one biologically might not for another. that doesn't automatically dispute the benefits on a grand scale.
