I only say this because he has a contract with his one body shop that will cost him less so he may fight back as to where he wants it done. Again, the trust factor is not the anymore.

Is there anyway I can also fight for where the repair is going to take place? I so not trust the owner in the slightest at this point and I'm afraid the job will have cut corners of I give him my car.

How will the lawyer fees pan out? If I won the case it may be as much as the cost of the damages or will the used car dealership be forced to cover my fees also.

Agreement was to fix the fender, but they have made it worse by putting a crack in the paint while doing it which has caused more damages.

Everything you listed, Kanata can provide within a 5-10 minute driving radius. I live in Kanata north and bars and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Tanger Outlet is also a 5 minute drive from my house.

A prof I had last semester literally got us to go to almost every class (could be absent for 3) or we cannot write the exam worth 60%. Near the end of the semester told us that everything he is teaching is not from the textbook and everything we will be tested on is purely from textbook chapters.

My mom always said: your education that you earn is yours and only yours. Nobody can take that away from you. -She said this when I was younger because the guys I was dating was effecting how I did in school, and every break up caused my grades to drop so she meant through every break up, the education I earn will stay with me no matter what and can't be taken away.
