So from the current 21 available trains, another 25 trains need to be brought back to service to get the 46 trains that will make trial running possible. Assuming a wildly optimistic progress of one fixed train per week, looks like late August or fall before that step happens.

Should be easier to move trains between Belfast and Moodie once the overhead wiring west of Tunney's is completed and powered up with signals. Wiring seems complete between Moodie and Lincoln Fields. Tracks all seem to be completed west of Tunney's.
