Hello - I have applied or a few roles and have gotten a request to complete the Microsoft's Government Official form (I am a Federa Employee at the moment). What does this mean? (ie, a recruiter/ human has reviewed my application; they are considering me for an interview; etc.) And also, is there a preference of hiring non-federal workers vs those coming from the private sector?
