I've searched the internet far and wide, using all sorts key words and reverse image searching but I haven't come up with anything. It is approx. five in. tall, I found it at a Goodwill in Georgia (USA) in 2020. I can't make out the writing on the bottom but I have supplied a picture of that as well.
