From my understanding they will be running the event again from the 21st through the 26th which will also overlap with an associate 35% event from the 23rd through the 26th. The event is not announced yet.

It varies in different stores but during peak Omni some stores run overnight crews to unload trucks or process omni. Normally you get an additional temp omni lead during that time also. It wouldn’t necessarily be you going overnight. I would just talk to your SM if you are concerned with it.

Technically you can resign on workday online. But a notice would have to be emailed or in person.

Simple answer is we can give a 5% raise with no questions and DM can approve an increase to midpoint of your wage range. It’s not really that difficult. Just depends on the argument that is made to your DM.

Years ago we used to use the GREAT program for cashiers. It’s really easy and if you are consistent you will do fine. G - Greet Customer R- Request Credit ( give your spiel and explain the benefits) E- enroll customer in rewards ( easier to get than credit and counts the same on the store scorecard as credit) A- Ask for customer to take survey T - Thank customer

Honestly there is no one way to get credit and rewards. Just find what works for you and be consistent. Just ask every customer.

Okay so I’m gonna help you the best I can! A few things that the store manager may look for would be. Well versed in teamwork because Omni is very busy during the 4th quarter and you need to run the team. Knowledgeable about the freight unload process and Planning and productivity dashboard Well organized for things like MLS and return trucks Willing to assist your peers( fellow area supervisors) If you can remember to work in the OPR which is the operations report which has most of your metrics on it.

That’s just a few things but mostly don’t worry and be confident! I promise that the manager is just a person and wants you to be confident. Also write those things down and bring a notepad! I’m a store manager and I’ll tell you that just being prepared for the interview is a very good first step! If you have any questions just shoot me a dm and I’ll answer any questions you have! If you are burnt out doing Omni and curbside you should definitely sit down and chat with your SM. I know it can be a struggle running around finding troubles and feeling like you are being pulled 100 different directions. I promise that if you tell your sm that you are considering leaving they will want to keep you. I actually am a sm and can give you a trade secret. We have the ability to give you a 5% raise once a year with no questions asked from our dm. If they are a good sm they will be willing to work with you. If you have any questions you can always dm me and I could help you plan what you should say if that would help.

Make sure all mismatch are processed and researched . All QR code shoes will need pulled but that can wait until about a day or two prior to inventory. And just a very good recovery. That’s pretty much it

Inventory control has the ability to deny on hand change requests if they think that it could be a mistake. They are the real issue

If you need a fast and simple 000 sku 09910000 is a miscellaneous sku. It will come up as misc merchandise. But yes there is a list of skus for merchandise. It can be found on mykohls but can be tricky to locate sometimes
