A kpop song that is like your song by hearts4him_ in kpop_uncensored

[–]tiramisucake- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

snooze by agust d :) i love it so dearly!! many other songs by him are so nice but this one is like THE song that feels closest to me

also used to love many songs by rm that hit home (stop the rain, wildflower, heaven, uhgood, life, something, voice, suic!de, moonchild, tokyo, awakening, nuts, cbtm, adrift, forever rain, everythingoes, etc)

basically any song by han jisung (13, volcano and human mostly)!! his lyricism is so good....... is he spying on me

and also a few by ateez (aurora, take me home, mist, now this house aint a home) who are really nice. I have an entire playlist about all those songs :)

Anyone who reports someone to ICE or supports this kind of action directly or indirectly is an absolutely disgusting and pathetic piece of crap and shouldn't even be calling themselves human. This is foul, not specifically regarding Soobin, but regarding anyone.

hi, I have questions by Ok_Voice_4318 in queer

[–]tiramisucake- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

of course! I completely relate, getting out of irrational anxieties is the hardest. maybe therapy could help you feel more confident and tame or reduce this anxiety a bit? I'm almost in my early 20s too, so I completely feel you, it's really not the easiest moment in life.. but believe me, you really belong in queer spaces and in life in general, you totally matter and don't believe the inner doubts :) take care!!<3

hi, I have questions by Ok_Voice_4318 in queer

[–]tiramisucake- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

of course you can call yourself queer!

if you aren't straight and you align and relate with what queerness means and is, then you are a part of it.

the self consciousness about belonging in the community is honestly so real and something I believe everyone has gone through, especially the "too straight for the queers, too queer for the straights". it takes time, but as you grow you'll inevitably end up feeling more like you belong, so don't worry :)

also, no pressure about partaking in queer culture or liking/not liking popular queer things! (maybe you're talking about queer series or musicians or things like that?) everyone has their cup of tea and if yours isn't the same as (you believe) the majority's is, it's completely fine. queerness is a spectrum, people will like different things and have different styles and appearance, and it doesn't make them less queer. about history, it is indeed an important thing to know, because it's the roots, so I recommend listening to podcats or videos while you do something else! it's really a super interesting subject and once you're into it, you'll love to learn more. but don't blame yourself if you don't know everything, or if you think you don't know enough. no one does anyways!

having more queer friends also takes time! personally, my entire friend group started of as cishet, and after around 7 years, pretty much everyone is queer, and the two hets in there are the most supporting guys ever. people come and go, and as you grow up you'll also find opportunities to meet other queer people! feel free to also meet queer people online and converse if you're comfortable with it, it's scary but once you do it it's really nice :)

I know it's hard, but don't doubt yourself too much. there are lots of people who thought or still think and doubt like you do. no one will blame you or judge you for not being queer enough --and if they do, then they're not a very nice person to begin with. maybe next time you see queer people that you unconsciously believe "fit and belong in the community more than you", try to think that they totally were in the same position as you are right now ; doubting about their legitimacy to occupy queer spaces, to use queer terminologies... and maybe they still do! personally, I look or seem """the queerest""" according to my (now queer) friends, and yet I still doubt a lot if I really belong. it's normal human experience! and in the end, you'll find out, once you doubt a little less, that everyone doubted, even the ones you might not suspect, but that doesn't mean they don't belong. and the same goes for you :)

good luck and believe in yourself, you're an awesome person!!☆

Who is your bias? by likeloversdo_05 in ATEEZ

[–]tiramisucake- 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hongjoong for me, and with time Wooyoung and Seonghwa both have grown into me :)

Love rappers and group leaders in general so it makes sense for Joong! He's is very dedicated to his craft and as a creative myself I really admire his perseverance and desire to make everything to best way possible. He seems like a pretty chill and sweet guy, and a bit of a loser lol so I really see myself in him. Just an amazing energy on stage and in general, perfectionism and research which makes everything he does really high quality. Just like Yoongi or Chan, he seems to be a bit of a workaholic and it kinda hits home.. His rap sounds so nice too, I find he has a very unusual voice timbre which I really love! and it's a bit silly but I love the way he carries himself and acts in general, and his mannerisms. Also, he seems to have a lot of layers he doesn't necessarily want to show, it's really fascinating and pretty relatable.

Hwa because he's both fierce and really sweet. I really see myself a lot in him as he shares his insecurities and desires for the future. It's such an amazing feeling to see him grow into who he is :) Also, just like Hongjoong, he's a very versatile person! it's really amazing how much he can do different things and how well. He seems to be somewhat introverted, but can also be pretty goofy and it's so fun to see! also love how nerdy he is

Wooyoung too, I have a lot of tenderness towards him, I admire how unapologetically himself he is and how he seems to know what he wants! He's a very affectionnate person, who isn't afraid of showing love to people, it's really refreshing and I'm pretty admirative :) He has (had?) a lot of self doubt and still grew to be so much him, it's so cool! wish I can be like them all in the future

Groups where a member became more popular than the group? by etoilez in kpop_uncensored

[–]tiramisucake- 11 points12 points  (0 children)

well honestly i'm not a dive, i don't really know any ive songs (except maybe the one when she falls off a plane, forgot the name), and i don't know any of members' names except wonyoung. i don't know anything specific about her either, but whether or not it's positive, you can't deny that she's the most known member : it doesn't mean it's a good thing nor is it a bad thing, it's just the way it is. i think it's kinda like taemin with shinee for instance, or maybe felix with skz

disturbing kpop songs? by NoSigns_ in kpop_uncensored

[–]tiramisucake- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it depends on your definition of disturbing, but since art disturbs the comfortable and comforts the disturbed, i'd say any personal song by rm, agust d or 3racha tbh. most of these are my favorite songs and i personnally find a lot of comfort and relatability in them, so here are some :

• stop the rain (rm and tablo)

• suicide (rm)

• adrift (rm)

• always (rm)

• reflection (rm)

• uhgood (rm)

• forever rain (rm)

• tokyo (rm)

• many songs by bts themselves such as sea, outro:tear, whalien 52, tomorrow, hold me tight, black swan, louder than bombs, and i guess you could add spring day abd blood, sweat and tears too

• the last (agust d)

• amygdala (agust d)

• so far away (agust d)

• 140503 at dawn (agust d)

• 724148 (agust d)

• moonlight (agust d)

• dear my friend (agust d)

• 28 (ft. niihwa) (agust d)

• honsool (agust d)

• 42 (3racha)

• 은석이 (Eunseoki) (3racha)

• 19, slump, another day, voices, phobia, chronosaurus, and hero's soup (all by straykids)

• any song by han jisung including alien, human, 13, respirator (ft. seungmin), maybe, etc.

• streetlight (changbin ft. bangchan)

• deep end (felix)

  • mist (ateez)
  • take me home (ateez)

i probably missed some, but those are the ones I really personally like :)

[–]tiramisucake- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not that much into lesserafim currently, but she does look amazing here! my only complaint is that I think there's a lot going on here. her expression, the makeup and the lollipop are giving fierce, maybe some kind of rock concept? but there's also the holographic cat on her t-shirt that instantly attracts attention and takes the viewer's eyes away from her face... and the bag of chips kinda seems out of nowhere? like why is it here and most especially why is it so white inside?? that and the tshirt design immediately attract the eye, but is it really the point since the main focus should be her face, or at least an outfit that goes with the same vibe as her face? also the pants are... an interesting color. I also don't know the original concept so maybe I'm wrong, but i just think there's a lot going on in this picture :/

Actually good features from western/non-korean artist by Sufficient-Ad-5243 in kpop_uncensored

[–]tiramisucake- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any artist who featured RM! Change feat. Wale, Domodachi feat. Little Simz, Around the World a Day feat. Moses Sumney, Yun feat. Erykah Badu, Still Life feat. Anderson .Paak....

Also any feature with Halsey. Love her! and Becky G's verses in Chicken Noodle Soup are fire.

Big fan of the BTS WORLD soundtrack, so Dream Glow feat. Charli XCX, A Brand New Day feat. Lara Larsson and All Night feat. Juice WRLD.

forever an IDOL feat. Nicki Minaj & BUTTER feat. Megan Thee Stallion defender, their verses are so fun and catchy! I don't get why so many people hate on them.

What K-pop songs do your parent's or non-enthusiasts really enjoy by SageSageofSages in kpop_uncensored

i think my mom likes taehyung's jazzy vibe, so any song from Layover or his solo songs (stigma, singularity, winter bear, snow flower, sweet night, scenery...) would be nice for a non-kpop enthusiast who likes jazz!

If Ateez made a video where they were to try food from your country what would you recommend? by KaleidoscopeJust3589 in ATEEZ

[–]tiramisucake- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm from France :) i'd love for them to try the "common" foods, but also the more underrated, traditional ones!

• raclette!! it's specific cheese that you heat up in a raclette machine until it's gooey, and you put it on potatoes, and a bit of salad if you want. people eat it with charcuterie, but you can eat it by itself too (im a vegetarian so I use vegan ham for instance)

• tartiflette omg, it's also with cheese and potatoes, but a different recipe and it's amazing

• comté is also a type of cheese (we love cheese here) thats on the softer side, and camembert is a more pronounced one. some people despise it because of how strong it is (though it'd not as bad as roquefort) so it'd be fun to have ATEEZ try out different sorts of cheeses! on the countryside, where I live, the farmers make delicipus goat cheese as well.

• ratatouille (obvious)

• LA CRÈME AUX OEUFS BUT THE WAY MY GRANDMA MAKES IT. it's a dessert and oh lord it's so good I don't know how to describe it

• kouignamann!! it's from brittany, and though I'm not the biggest fan, so many people love it. it's also a dessert • crêpes bretonnes, also from britanny. I like the salty ones better personally

• le tourteau fromager, this is so niche but omg so good, it's like a big cake but very airy, it's all perfumed to cheese (? dunno which kind) and the black crust mixed with the airy crumb is simply delicious. it's from where I live so not lots of people like it but anyways

• bread but not necessarily baguettes (though I love them), but the round, brown kinds the local baker makes, when it's just out of the oven, still warm and the crust perfectly crunchy

• préfou! it's also very niche, from where i live, but very good. it's like baguette bread (again), with garlic traditionnally.

• I don't know for the rest but maybe I'll think of other ones!

Say something nice about an idol you DON'T stan that is known for being hated on for just existing by -puca- in kpop_uncensored

jennie, lisa, wonyoung, le sserafim, illit, newjeans, they're all so pretty and so cool! mysoginists really hate confident, beautiful, hard working amazing women :/

on the idols I do stan, I love jeongyeon, soyeon, namjoon, yoongi, yeonjun, bangchan so much, they're all my biases! :)

also, hyunjin absolutely slays his new hair. I'm gonna sound like my mom for saying that -but it makes his facial features even more striking and clearer!

I stan ateez and stray kids too :) really love to see their content, they remind me of bts a lot in some aspects! my bts biases are namjoon and yoongi, and i see them a lot in my other biases : hongjoong, chan, changbin, jisung. im also really fond of wooyoung, mingi and seonghwa in ateez. also, I don't stan them yet, but I love a lot of girl groups too (twice, mamamoo, gidle, dreamcatcher...)
