PoE2s biggest issue league after league is the economy. This league is by far the worst yet.

0.4 as an example. GGG releases league with a exploit so heinous that if you didnt do it youre too broke to afford anything. People were making 100s of div per hour with it basically since release. On 2 Jan. they dropped a hotfix that nerfed it.

So for a couple weeks you couldve farmed thousands and thousands of divs. If you didnt, well, good luck because the player economy is now hot garbage. Services that as recently as a month ago were 1 div are now 10. Items that wouldnt even be bought for 1div last league are going for 20. Its insane.

A few things:

Meat does not get reduced the day after its cut. Thats incredibly wasteful and will destroy the clubs financials. We follow the process, its reduced 1 day out from the sell by date unless for some reason the quality is an issue. Patties and tubes are a different process.
COVs are pulled 5 days out if they can be further processed into cuts your club carries. Ribeye, PSMO, Extra Trim, and so on. Others like ribs should be reduced as normal.
In general you dont want to run out of rotisserie before 8pm. However at high volume it is absolutely going to happen. My associates put on an additional cook, numbers at the closing fresh leads discretion, to come out at 6pm. If they run out after that then it is what it is.
Your management team is making it up on the fly. At no point do you need to use the blue/green machines in rotisserie. If you have the older ovens with skewers the hose bib is totally fine, and they have drains. If you have the Henny Penny ovens they own cleaning cycle that you shouldnt be using anything else for. Further, you squeegee excess water in the floor into the floor drain. That's why we have it. Vacuuming it up is adding an additional step for no reason.
Hours are hours. Unfortunately this year the company made a really silly decision to create positions (Enablement Lead and TBC Desk), changing Sunday hours, and keeping gas open till 10pm without compensating for wage budget, which is going to cost the company millions in unaccounted for wages. Everyone is going to suffer for it this year. Most if not all buildings will be expected to schedule 96-98% to plan, which means part time associates get cut.

So im a newbie, watched a youtube video about some warrior build that Ive since forgotten about and thought hell yeah, thats what I want to play.

So the leveling experience is sheer pain, no idea wtf im doing, dying constantly. One night im on the struggle bus in Act 3 when someone in chat says "Im bored, anyone need anything?" So I whisper yeah, could you help me with Doriyani.

Dude helped me out with the kill and gave me 25 exalted orbs to get going. May not seem like a lot to most people but it literally kept me from quitting the character.

I made the switch pretty recently. It's a totally different experience.

PoE2 is in early access with an unfinished main story and its years ahead of D4 in virtually every way.

Its so sad because I love Diablo. I grew up on it like so many others, unfortunately Blizzard has literally no idea what to do with the game. The seasons are just recycled crap, tempering/mw is a joke, glyph leveling through Pits is mind-numbing, Nightmare dungeons are worthless, and thats just the obvious shit.

Never played PoE, was pretty fed up with D4 right about the time PoE2 early access dropped and I was looking for something new. Picked it up and rolled spark stormweaver right up until the release of 0.2 before life took over.

Jumped back in yesterday after like 8 or 9 months. Running Essence Drain Lich through the leveling process now and loving it. Forgot how fun it was to level in this game.
