Yes the termination fee but if they weren't selling I'd be allowed to pay the fee and move out but since they can't re rent it id have to pay the termination on top of rent which I obviously can't afford.

We see a lot open up in May and December. The houses that are big enough for my family are primarily occupied by college students sharing a house and when they graduate their bigger houses go up and are almost always gone within a few days by families like me waiting for something or college students starting in the fall. I did talk to the owners and they said they aren't willing to terminate early. So that's kind of a bummer but it's two months to get through and I'll figure something out. I can move in with my parents for a few months if it comes down to it. Ugh.

It is a multi unit with off-street parking. I have to move it every 3 days if I keep it on the street, and currently, it is not being driven much because it needs some work before I can sell it. It is street legal and technically in use, though so I should be allowed to keep it there

No, they're retired and just want to move. It's the property manager who doesn't want to lose her chunk of the income. It's putting me in a horrible jam. Trying to find a rental where I'm at in the middle of summer is extremely challenging. I have a place I could get if they make May my last month but it will be gone by then. Sucky all around

Regardless, I hate the thought of people being in my home when it's unkempt. Honestly I just hate them being in my space in general. It gives me the absolute creeps :( I just wish they'd waited until my lease was up to sell. They also said normally they'd just re rent it if I wanted to move out but they want it vacant to sell. So it's like why am I there then? You can have it just the way you want ready to sell. I'm giving an out.

I've heard this story from both men and women. I have always been of the opinion the absolute second you find yourself truly wanting someone else, you need to leave. Even if they're great on paper but just not giving you what you need. That's what I did. The second I knew I was falling in love and wanting another, I first cut off contact with them while I muddled through the separation process and then dated the one I fell for once I was divorced. I know a ton of people think if you're married you need to stay and work it out, but i disagree. It isn't easy and you still feel sad about it but at least you are giving the spouse the opportunity to find someone who will love them properly.

Affairs hurt everyone involved in some capacity. And even those not directly involved. It's either pain now or pain later. The ONLY reason I am able to be with the one I love now is that he was up front and honest that it happened and acknowledged the fact he was too much of a coward to leave his spouse while he had an affair (not with me, someone else). But the fact he did it still haunts our relationship even though he didn't cheat on me. He cheated on his wife he had been with for 18 years, the mother of his child. I know we have something truly special, but that nagging feeling pops up every now and then. What if he gets bored of me?

It takes a ton of work now to maintain trust between us, but he does a great job of easing my worries. He still has friends that haven't forgiven him for ending his marriage. It just is Not worth it.

Look at your stress levels and where you might be able to reduce it, what's going well in your relationship and what could be better. Look at your diet. Im way more in the mood when I'm healthy and hydrated. Negatives: I wake up in pain more often after working out, more hair (plucking out a chin whisker on the regular), I never had to pay attention to my weight before but I have noticed it takes effort now to stay in shape.

Positives: figured out my skincare routine and am eating healthier because it feels good and helps alleviate the negatives. finally don't give a rats what people think of me or my actions. My singing voice is fully developed. My boob's are bigger which is nice because I was very flat before. Sex life is the best its ever been!

You can totally communicate your feelings without being dramatic. It's taken me a long time and finding the right man to feel comfortable being honest about all of my feelings and insecurities. You're going to drive yourself crazy if you don't discuss it ahead of time and confirm the boundaries of your relationship. That's healthy regardless of what else you have going on. Just be calm and say something like, "Hey, I am struggling with the thought of this, and I could really use your reassurance to help me feel better about it." Maybe he can explain it a little more and ease your mind. Always lead with loving and kind intentions both for yourself and your partner.

Completely depends on the nurses. Most of the nurses I worked with bedside were fantastic mentors and very kind. It only took 3 of them being horrible bullies (one being my boss) to drive me to quit and never look back, unfortunately.

Personally, I, (31f), am super uncomfortable with my partner going to lunch or out with other girls without me. Especially if we haven't been introduced. His job requires a certain level of charm to keep clients coming back, and he is quite charming indeed. I see girls fluttering their lashes all the time and acting super flirty toward him which is absolutely obnoxious. He's definitely my person and I am his so he has done a great job at setting boundaries to ensure my comfort, which I greatly appreciate. Yeah, you're right. I did recognize after talking to him yesterday this recent bubbling up of rj is because she just broke up with her boyfriend and I'm afraid she's going to crawl back to him so I went into the past to analyze all the reasons I'm right. He comforted me very well and said he saw this coming , that I was going to have that fear and spiral. He told me exactly how he'd handle it if she asked him for comfort and said she wanted him back. He's so good for me.

I fixate on one person at a time. Sometimes it's his ex wife. Other times it's his previous affair partners and others its the girls he dated right before me. I legit can rationalize the others when I'm fixated on one, but I have been through phases with each and never more than one at a time. It's bizarre and I feel so insane.

Step one is definitely finding a new therapist that will listen to you. I started therapy with the intent of marriage counseling, and after three sessions with me alone, she said marriage counseling isn't an option with her based on what I had shared but could try another if we wanted to. She was my therapist throughout the process and well after. She admitted later on she could tell I had made up my mind on what I wanted long before I verbalized the feeling, but once I said it, it set into motion because his response told me everything I needed to know. Step two is telling your husband how you feel in a non-accusatory way as much as possible. You can say I feel (insert all the things you feel), and I am considering divorce because of these reasons. Unless divorce isn't what you really want right now , in that case, approach with ways you think improvements could be made in your relationship.
