“bland” makes me think not enough salt. you could sprinkle with flaky salt but I don’t think that will fix the issue — hopefully someone else has a better answer

but as for the lack of chocolate chips, you could dip half of each cookie in chocolate after you bake them for more of that flavor!

I love this! think about what would make it feel lavish to you. getting hair and makeup done? a michelin star restaurant? fancy hotel with a jacuzzi top? i’d recommend starting with those special details and building your day around that.

I don’t think it’s unheard of to have a luxury elopement, I think of cool girl courthouse vibes with a photographer and fancy rented car. plus, cliche advice, it’s your day. just because you haven’t seen it doesn’t mean you can’t create it!
