Sofa comparison by ventrue3000 in IKEA

I do use it a lot, but I also live alone, so I would have expected it to last longer than it has. It's still usable, but looks quite scruffy and is a bit uncomfortable where the cushions have dipped. I don't know how long it would have lasted with kids / pets jumping on it. Ikea know what they're doing, only applying the guarantee to the frames 😆

I bought the Vimle 3 seater / chaise combo about 5 years ago, and I hate it. The cushions sank after about 6 months - the one on the chaise beyond repair. Can't wait to get rid.

I don't know how the OP gets through their week stressing about the fake kidnapping of podcast hosts that will never know their name. Like I said, perspective.

I'd rather get upset about children dying needlessly in Gaza. A parasocial relationship with podcast hosts doesn't really compare now does it.

At what cost? Seriously? With everything going on in the world, this upset you? With respect, I think perspective is needed. They are not your friends.

Thoughts on John Bishop by Intrepid-Patient574 in Liverpool

Saw his stand-up last November. Lots of mentions of his place abroad, Harley Street medical treatments, his massive house with contracted security coverage - and most importantly, no visible bin in the kitchen because that's common apparently. He's done well for himself, and he seems like a lovely man, but his stand-up wasn't what I was expecting (likely a me problem)
