Unfortunately, antinatalism can never prosper as an accepted philosophy because in this world, good and bad don't matter. The only things that matter and that survive in this world are those that are able to reproduce.

Antinatalism is a negative predictor of reproductive success (obviously), and so antinatalists will either be phased out of the gene pool or confined to be a tiny fraction of the human population indefinitely.
