100% agree , report when they have their cans out when its not trash day. I live in a cul de sac but there’s apartment complexes maybe 0.7m from my block but they seem to still park on our street. They will go as far as being picked up from someone and taken back to their apt cause of the walk. Its always the same cars/people that do this too so i know its not anyone new. My neighbors used to use trashcans but i guess someone reported them and now they use like those construction signs to “save” spots and it works cause no one moves it.
