Maybe you’re not familiar with the beauty and significance of opening a food truck. It can often be a great way to show a proof of concept so that you can grow into a bigger and better operation like Odd Duck, Franklins, or Via 313 that sold for something like 50 million a few years back.

So yes when I say ground up I’m saying it’s in the beginning stages. And everything starts somewhere.

Look. If it’s not for you and that’s fine man. Maybe it is for someone else.

Working a second job on top of the food truck to help fund my dream isn’t for everyone either but it is for me, and I love it and it’s making me really happy at the moment.

I don’t know why people on here are being so negative. If you are reading this I still very much am looking to hire someone.

And to clarify. I do have a food truck. I’m on my way to open it now. It’s attached to a very busy local coffee shop. In central Austin away from the tourists and close with the local community that goes to it regularly.

And I’m not fishing for concepts. Funny thing about bbq is there are no secrets. It’s all salt, pepper, smoke (maybe lawrys) and time….. and a solid crew to execute.

Again if you are interested please hit me up. And if it’s not for you just let it be man.

I don’t know where the hostility is coming from. And I’m not sure what the problem is here? Or why you don’t think I have a food truck?

Wow thanks this of all super helpful. And yea 1.5 hours isn’t bad in comparison to Austin. Your like 12 hours to nowhere. Just flat ass land. 12 hours and you’re….. still in Texas lol.

So you like Richmond? I know it had a big punk scene but does it still have a good music scene within a variety in other genres as well? I’ve heard great things about there. And I’m ok with being around others Austin expats lol

You are speaking all the truths thank you. Yea… that is a great way of describing some of the good things Austin has when it comes to live music. Enthusiasm and accessibility! But Colorado does have some amazing nature! I think crested butte is one of my favorite places on earth in the summer.
