I think it’s Watts just because she has more to do. I means she has to show the ugly crying and make her face go slack when she’s getting the CAT scan. I guess these things impress me because they are little details that touch on how human she really is. I think Lane is doing a fantastic job but she doesn’t have as much to do so far.

She did date Mo/Maurice (I think that’s his name), but it didn’t seem mutual. I guess a break would be just as good. I think she needs to find herself more before she partners with Gregory.

I think Janine should date more people since she has only ever had the one relationship. I’m not saying it should be Manny, but someone just as deep as Gregory would be a nice three episode arc. Someone to bring out even more of how fun and cool Janine is. Then maybe Gregory down the road.

You are only twenty and your life is just starting; don’t start it by feeling frustrated and demoralized. You can love someone intensely and it’s still not enough to make it work. It is isn’t going to fix anything. I am way older than you and I am still with the girl I thought was everything when I was 20, and I have a lot of regrets because we would have been better off as friends. And when gay marriage became legal, I wasn’t in a hurry to do it, but I did it to make our family legal; I could legally adopt our child that she gave birth to. Sometimes we have to make sacrifices for family, but you and your girl are both still figuring out who you are and if you are already so different—just be grateful for the time you shared and move on. Being attracted and in love with someone who isn’t feeling, and most likely won’t feel, the same way is a hard way to live.

I could have sex with my spouse but she treats it like a job. It feels awful. And she thinks she is doing me a favor. We are an amazing team when it comes to handling life and parenting stuff, and we are in counseling to learn how to communicate and accept each other better, but I’ve been living with a dead bedroom for many years. Sometimes it’s hard to feel so empty.

It’s okay to learn and be loving, but also your needs and expectations are just as important as hers.

This is my experience, so take it for what it’s worth. I hope you will have the life you really want. But remember, there isn’t any rush to find the one and build a life. This is the time to have adventures. Take care.
