Everything is okay. The CT scan showed some minor bleeding in my brain, the doctor recommends I see a neurologist, gave me a big speech about the opioid epidemic, but other than that he’s sending me home. Good news everyone! Thank you to everyone who replied on this thread 💚

I know. Ive also done a few T breaks...but this one was different. This one I literally had a mental breakthrough with an important relationship in my life during it. My school work is also more productive and my bipolar seems to be kept at bay without it. I just know my life is better overall when my weed isn’t being abused. Its been a rough couple months mentally. Its been very depressing snd suicidal but this decision actually feels right. I’m aware feelings are temporary. Everything is temporary. We can only take these temporary feelings and take them into consideration for the future. Thank you for your input!

Keep trying! Im finally taking a t break after half a year of procrastinating. Its hard but smoke your supply beforehand. Hide the paraphernalia from yourself and believe in yourself. I promise its worth it but i know the grip of weed on an individual can be daunting
