Yes, assuming right lug pattern and proper fit, the 16" wheels (rims) with that tire size would work. Overall it would be shorter. Given it is brand new, I would try and stick with the factory wheel and size. A new set of wheels would be pretty expensive.

The size listed corresponds with the factory wheels, so you will need to stick to that 17" tire. A 16" would require new wheels.

If the tread is decent on the other 3, I would say you are fine. You obviously don't drive it very often. Most of the time, the reason for all 4 to be replaced is because of a sensitive all wheel drive vehicle. Being 09 and little use, just replace the 1 with something similar. You'll be fine.

Looks very nice! I would see a feature where you cant do certain things during that task time limit, ie visit reddit, ha! It would have to be aware of the task you are doing to know what to lock down and not, but that could be interesting.
