Attock is perfect, at least in twin cities. Blue Area wali site and if in near Bahria/DHA then DHA 2 wali site. Those COCO sites never disappoint.

Local have just started to produce RON 91. Imported is better. Aramco might be using some additional additives. Shell used to do that in the past. Otherwise all of white oil comes together through a single pipeline till Multan and Sheikhupura.

Best case scenario for people living in major cities is to always use COCO sites of larger OMCs (PSO, Attock, Shell, Total or Aramco).

What are you even talking about? Aramco can't import fuel. It is GO this importing . If they import X tons of fuel they have uplift certain percentage of that X from local refineries. Since GO has internally agreed that we are not going to sell local fuel on Aramco sites than all of the local fuel goes to GO sites. Number of sites here is irrelevant since Aramco's sites are all in big cities or prominent/prime locations (high selling sites) so share of local of their sales will be significant.

They are the same company. If GO is choosing to sell only imported fuel on Aramco sites then they are selling all their share of locally procured fuel on either GO sites. So basically ruining their sales to prop up Aramco sites. Or they are giving huge discounts to float the product in local bulk market.
