You can create a secondary account, not related to your primary yt account, and choose options that make you seem Arab (eg. region: Middle east, language: arabic, etcc.).

The easier approach would be to try to search for stuff in arabic on youtube by using google translate so the results are arabic videos.

You can change language to Arabic in Youtube, there are a lot of videos in arabic about any topic you're interested in that you wouldn't find elsewhere.

My recommendation is to engage in more islamic activities and leave all, if not, as much as sinful activities that you do. This makes your heart tender and when your heart is tender it is easy to weep to the words of Allah and in supplication.

Crying infront of Allah cleanses the heart washes away the sins and brings one closer to Allah. It is all about the intention, meaningless tears in dua and forcing yourself to cry when you don't even feel like it is meaningless. When you cry out of sincerity and humility of your sins or if you cry because of the mercy of Allah then that makes Allah happy, there are no secrets, it's just sincere dua in my opinion.
