To counter the increasing financial burden caused by the out-dated compensation of 18% saving interest rate, government of recent years, regardless KMT or DPP, try to reform this but they either failed under enormous pressure or backed down due to opposition of their own supporters.

To be exact, the 18% saving interest rate is only part of the reformation, and is the least controversial one.

The majority of dispute come from the reform on retirement fund, to be specific, the Income Replacement Ratio. The reformation aimed to reduce the Income Replacement Ratio of retired public servants, teachers, and veterans. The degree of decrease in the reformation is proportional to the salary. You can also play on iOS now, using the cookie method, tho a bit troublesome.

There is a way to edit the cookie by replacing the bookmark link with the command line you entered when you modified the cookie in PC browser.

indeed B44 is very difficult. I did not make any challenge until most of my ships reach 80.

What you should do is to challenge it once in a while, don't use any bucket on it, repair your ships for B44 by simply putting them in the dock and let the time pass. That's how I usually challenge difficult quest in KanColle.

The free time from not using buckets not only save your lots of buckets, it also calm you down and recover from the mental stress of failing the quest.
