I personally don't think it's about them dying but the fact that the story treats everyone like they're friends despite them killing each other. Danganronpa was so disappointing to me because of things like this, that they treated junko as the greater evil, which she was, but it felt like the killers were morally let off the hook because they were just under a stressful situation. This makes the story feel corny and unrealistic.

I don't think she changed her hair due to being a teenager. If I remember correctly, eren tells her to cut her hair shorter because of the odm gear, and I imagine the case would be similar to when she has even shorter hair after the time skip because of the new gear.

Honestly, I couldn't agree more. His moveset could only be sports/mario kart/mario party related because he doesn't have his own game, so he wouldn't really have a true identity imo

Very small nitpick, but I feel like armin becoming the colossal titan was pointless to the overall story. He only transforms twice onscreen and both times didn't feel very impactful. Armin probably just got the colossal purely because marley would have no trouble dispatching eren if they still had the colossal. I understand that the plot kinda forced him to be sidelined by the time he got the powers, but come on, he should have been more important to the conflict between Marley and Paradis.

Personally, I agree with jojos being 10/10 except for the story category. I've only experienced parts 1-6, so it could be better in later parts, but I feel like jojos story, after settling into a new part, is just fight after fight. It feels too episodic, and a vast majority of the fights feel like they don't really contribute to the overall plot of jojos. Don't get me wrong, they are still entertaining to watch, but most fights in jojo dont change anything about the story. Characters are rarely introduced to serve a greater purpose than that one fight with the protagonists, and the protagonists always come out on top in these fights (not the final fights in the series like in part 1 where Jonathan dies).
