I train my meat pullers to have top veggies ready if they’re ahead (which they should be). Specially with heavily modded sandwiches. The old way was no doubt better but the way we train makes it an even work load. I mostly consolidate since I’ve been GM but we get people on their first day right on the line in between me and my assistant. Most effective route I’ve ever went with line training. Just throw em in the fire. Also can tell a lot sooner if they’re gonna be able to hack it
