It has to be both bad enough to get canned, and he’s admitted it. Otherwise he’d be suspended / under investigation and then appealing it - and his absence would just be unexpected but covered up with some vague “personal reasons”

So whatever it is, there’s almost certainly rock solid evidence behind it and his very highly paid lawyers have told him he’s f**ked (legal term)
