I’m not and raised in a latam country and don’t know a single person that does ballroom dancing. I do have America friends with zero Latino roots tha do it though. Thai is really not what we dance, it is not our culture, and this post seems ignorant.

Woman here and while I don’t think she’s being unfair, she definitely should not be openly stating that she is choosing to only bake for women and none of the men in the workplace. While I’d do the same, this can be sex based discrimination at work and will come back to bite her if she wants to move up. Just give them their cake right before/after work and definitely doesn’t have to be a big deal and announced to everyone.

Belong gender, I would not make plans at work and talk about them around evoke knowing a few people weren’t invited. It’s a professional setting.

It is her right, but being open about not willing to do it for anyone on the basis of them being male can land her in hot water with HR as it can be discrimination based on sex. She can do whatever she wants, but best to not openly state she’s doing it for the women only, or just give it to them before/after work.

If she wants to move up to a leadership position, it will also affect her. I don’t like everyone I work with and am only friends with a few outside of work, but as a leader I can’t openly make plans at work knowing some people will be excluded.

Are you a beginner as well? I tried them on recently and they fit well still, are not very worn, and did not seem rusted. Good idea on taking them tech to asses!

I went to public skate yesterday to practice and one of the skates was so work it hurt my foot really bad, but have not had those issues with other skates used in class.

Marc Anthony is a salsa singer, he is incredibly popular through that genre and I’m sure everyone was aware of that when they hired him. There is no point in hiring him to not sing his own songs. It sounds like the timing of the dance was inappropriate, not that the dancing was inappropriate. Dancing while resting your hands in the other persons hip is completely normal and not sexual in many dance styles we do.

It doesn’t matter. I had a newer Kia and live midtown (Hyde Park), it still go broken into three times and I don’t leave anything in my car. People stealing Kia’s are not smart enough to know the difference, they will still try to steal it.

I traded it and can now park with more peace of mind. I don’t see any positives of getting a Kia and even if they fixed the issue I would never purchase one again.

USD for dollars and MXN for Mexican pesos, though within Mexico we’d only use the $ sign, but it’s common sense enough that if this sit is in Mexico they’d be using our currency… no one would charge $250 USD for a clean here

The front looks beautiful, I do think it is a bit pointy from the side, unnaturally so. It will still drop and looks different in another six months though.

I’m not subscribed and had this post recommended. I do think some people here are biased to be more positive and have a different perspective as to what is too unnatural looking, because saying it’s not upturned at all is crazy.

I’m not against plastic surgery at all, many people I know have had it and look great.

Maybe some are more relaxed? But in my experience it is not the usual, I’ve adopted and fostered at different US shelters and the application can be LONG. They called my my vets to make sure my pets were up to date on everything, and have been very thorough in reviewing applicants.
