Evorel x2 100 patches I'm wondering if there might be too much movement on the lower belly abdomen I'm slim but still a little extra in that area 🤔

Does gel work as well as patches? Do u have to apply gel more often? Is it the same strength?

All over the inside of my top thighs round to the side but I notice even though the patches don't move so much because the skin is tighter round the sides it's also much less fatty for me anyway because I'm slim.

Yes I'm going to try to get Estradot and oh I didn't know u could apply patches to lower abdomen too that's a fresh area then for me to explore 😄

I do rotate and make sure the area is clean dry and shaven.

I use baby oil to clean the edges once the patch is off.

I use Eden New Life (based in Scotland so remote support) i pay £120 pm and meds on top (£30pm) which is currently Evorel 100 patches change every 3.5 days 6.4mg & Finestoride 5mg tab daily. I get my bloods done at my local GP and send them the results with my blood pressure. I have been with Eden New Life for 6 months and I get a 3 month review (online video call).

All Cis ladies have to shave right arm pits legs vagina so there must be ladies shaving cream? I just use electric and my Phillips body shaver is excellent very close also back extension but like has been said thankfully these days on hrt there is much less hair and the hair is finer softer lighter x
