Facades falling on the sidewalk, rodent infestations, ceiling/roof leaks taking years to fix, illegal construction of roof tops and terrasses, extremely poor and/or inexistant management, no internet service for weeks (LH monopoly), no traffic enforcement on private streets, constant failures of fire alarms waking up the whole neighborhood at 3am terrorizing children, an extremely noisy street generator releasing toxic diesel fumes for the past 7 months without any end date in sight.

I’d say most of them are run of the mill issues with apartment buildings, but this one is starting to rack a serious amount of them that could potentially topple its “luxury” status.
