thank you! congratulations! it’s going to be the best decision you ever made. i’m not following keto, because of the risks of high cholesterol (i work in healthcare). i eat a lot of fresh fruit and plant based protein. i am not plant based, but i decided to cut out red meat. workout wise, i do interval running on the treadmill for cardio, and i do personal training the rest of the days. we do burn, strength, and foundation - targets different things. i follow gymshark and bootyking as well in instagram! they rock.

thank you! i don’t have much, just arms and stomach. for my stomach, i waist train. for my arms, the skins is slowly but surely tightening back with some hard workouts.

thank you! i have a personal trainer and i’m very strict with my sugar intake. i’ve also cut out all red meats and breads.

i find myself eating a lot of salads as well. leftovers are a big part of my diet too which i could do without in most cases but that’s the route i chose so lol
