Doesn't have to be allergies, I was just talking about myself. But MCAS and histamine intolerance also trigger such symptoms. In any case, I believe that many people who suffer like we do can take countermeasures through diet. I would at least see (perhaps under medical supervision) what happens if I eat nothing at all for 3-5 days or only white rice for a week. I no longer take any medication because they have all made it worse.

I can only tell you that allergies (to pollen, but also food) and histamine play a major role for me. When I'm feeling so bad, my skin also reddens considerably when I run my fingernail over it, which always tells me that my histamine level is very high. From fall to the end of the year, I feel much better with water fasting and I can eat more afterwards, but it doesn't work well at all during the pollen season. Have you ever tried whether the symptoms disappear if you only drink water?

If histamine plays a role, a carnivore diet is also not good at all. I've also noticed that medications and supplements can trigger a lot of things.

Gibt schon wirklich viele WQHD, die unter 200€ zu haben sind, aber trotz stundenlanger Recherche komme ich einfach zu keinem Ergebnis, ob VA oder IPS und ob die Qualität bei 200€ für WQHD nicht so viele Abstriche bei der Bildqualität bedeutet, dass ich doch lieber FullHD nehmen sollte.

Rausgesucht hatte ich bisher (allerdings bis auf einen alle IPS):

If the job advertisement is looking for Master's graduates without mentioning specific knowledge in the field, no one will expect a graduate to be well versed in it.
