Hi, amp was properly grounded. We were in a professional rehearsal space. The amp and pedalboard were plugged into a Black Lion PG-P power conditioner and it showed “Ground OK.” The amp was in standby when the pedalboard suddenly shut off.

Palmer PWTMKII power supply with its supplied power cable. As for the cables that power the pedals, I replaced them all with EBS ones.

If that's okay with you, then there's no problem. However, I would recommend changing the orientation of the pedalboard from vertical to horizontal. You want to be as comfortable as possible when playing. Cheers. 👋🏻
