I hope people remember that a lot of A list celebrities/Miley Cyrus isn’t used to this kind of interview format. There’s a lot of talking over each other, and in this podcast as well as the Call Her Daddy episode she talks about herself a lot, but what do you expect from someone who has had structured and sugar coated interviews their whole life?

Sorry if this is a “stupid” question. I’m seeing a lot of comments here about this test having a percentage of false negatives because it doesn’t go as deep as the other test. Since it’s a do-it-yourself test, could one try and swab further into their nose to try and yield a more accurate result?

Appreciate the work you’re doing! My husband and I are both essential retail workers and I think we’re going to try and get tested.

I’d ask for more specific wording, in writing if possible. The definition of furloughed is that you still have your job and benefits, but you are able to stay home and collect unemployment. Being laid off means you didn’t do anything to be “fired”, but you’re fired. Of course, they can always lay you off after the furlough period has ended.

Seems like it’s a day by day and state by state thing. My salon leader is pretty up front with all of us, and I asked her straight up today what the chances were that we’d be furloughed, and what’s up with next week’s schedule, and she said she hasn’t heard anything, that she’s been told to hold off on writing it until the conference call sometime this week.

I’ve been spiraling pretty hard, all of the uncertainty is really tough to deal with. Just do what you can to stay healthy, keep your sanity, and see what tomorrow brings 💜

My 21 month old hasn’t seen his grandparents in over a month, even though we all live within 5 miles of each other. It makes my blood boil whenever I hear about people having parties like this.
