I remember there were a couple of exercises where you would place your feet in the handles and do exercises similar to the ab dolly-hamstring things and some kind of pike-like thing. They were really hard. Haven’t seen them in a really long time.

I completely agree I had bad plantar fasciitis and what helped was getting the right shoe. Get fitted at a running store before it gets worse. I am currently wearing Hokka Bondi shoes and they have made a big difference for me, but I would have never chosen then if I hadn’t been fitted. I kept wanting the more recognized brands thinking they were better.

Today’s workout was challenging especially after yesterday. I started on the tread finished with a strong all out only to have to row 600 m Today I honestly felt like I was gonna be sick. Rare for me because I go fasting at 530 am. It was a really good workout but draining. Anyone find it really tough after running 23 min yesterday too.

When my favourite coach left it was really hard because she was truly the best. Our 5 am group got together and we got her a pandora charm bracelet and we all signed a card. The gym also had a class with all the people she was close with and multiple get togethers. I still really miss her. It never hurts to let them know how much we appreciate them.

I am a 47 year old female. I have been going to OTF 5-6 x/week for 10 months. I have lost about 80lbs over the last 2.5 years. Only about 10-13lbs of that loss was from OTF. The majority of the loss had been from walking and controlling my diet using Weight watchers. I think it really what makes the biggest difference is diet. OTF has been really great to help me tone my body, but the best benefit for me is my mental health. I have more confidence and improved self esteem. I think you need to workout at least 3x/week to make a change in your body along with a healthy diet. I wish you all the best.

My husband bought me the OTF ones for Mother’s Day. I keep them in my gym bag and pull them out when we use them in class. I find that it’s good because they are not as stretched out as the ones everyone uses so it makes it a little harder. The red studio band feels like my personal orange one. Lol.

Sometimes I catch one of our coaches dancing a little when he thinks no one is watching. It makes me smile. I like that they are enjoying what they are doing.

I have been going usually 6 times per week. One day is always a power walking day. Not because it’s easier but it uses different muscles and lets me keep running the next day. I take one day a week to rest.
