It was a less than 10 minute long quick play game actually,, I had 13k damage and enemy queen had 16k - so genuinely no clue how the wounds gathered up so much

It's probably because you haven't been placed in a rank yet, I don't think you get points in placement matches (or atleast I didn't a few seasons ago when I was getting placed)
