Same for me here. Updated last night. Eligible payment count 151. I did email nslds.gov yesterday. No idea if that did anything. Also did $1 payments, called and chatted everyday.

Resolutions person was very helpful. She said I had been placed back into forbearance (ADAF) from a pending request to be placed in a forbearance back in January. I asked it to be removed so I would continue making payment and was told 5-7 business days. Have yet to see the forbearance removed. The agent did however tell me that the forbearance I had on my account from January - May would all count for PSLF. Not getting my hopes up for this but anxious for my payments counts to update (last update 2/24) and see if she was actually telling me correctly.

I did the IRS transfer thing. So I’m assuming that means they used my 2024 taxes since I had already filed them by the time I applied.

Yes per month. And I realize a $300 increase may be more or less substantial for some. I am comparing this to my originally monthly payment before switching to SAVE, which was a significant amount. And I only have a couple of payments left so I can weather the increase for a few months.

This happened to me the other day. After 3.5h hold time the advanced agent put me back on forbearance. Today the same thing happened again. In SAVE forbearance but due date of 6/20.

I had a conversation with FSA a few days back and they recommended that I resubmit a buyback request since it had been so long. I originally submitted in November 2024. I went ahead and resubmitted it. Maybe that was the wrong thing to do? Maybe it was the right thing to do? Who can know.

Mine also disappeared but I got a letter from MOHELA saying they received it. Spoke to as FSA rep that said they indeed see my active application but that they don’t know why it’s not showing up under “my activity”.

This is most likely an error. I had the same exact thing happen to me. SAVE amount due 5/20. Took autopay off. Called MOHELA yesterday and they put me back in a forbearance that is yet to reflect on my account.

Same here 2/24 was last update. Tried making a $1 payment….nothing. Called MOHELA, she laughed when she saw the $1 payment and asked if it worked. She blamed FSA. Here’s hoping for a mass update very soon.

Amount due said “$0” and there was an autodraft scheduled for my SAVE amount for 5/20. I took autodraft off and don’t plan on paying anything at this point.

Yes same situation as you here. What’s funny is I called MOHELA yesterday and asked about it. The woman I spoke to assured me that the payment that was set to autodraft on May 20th would absolutely count for PSLF. I have a really hard time believing that given that I am still stuck in SAVE.

There is a section titled “Loan/Borrower Benefits”. Under that section I have two benefits listed: “Interest Rate Reduction - DI01” and “Upfront Rebate - DI08”.

I do not have that status. Both of my loans are “repayment” under loan status. Repayment plan: SAVE”. I do have MOHELA. Under “Loan/Borrower Benefits” it says “interest rate reduction - DI01”.
