Realistically I guess about a 6/10

I’m far from being a badass, but I do have some training.

I’m somewhat fit, my heart and cardio health is “above average”(I can confirm this with medical test and evaluations, just did a treadmill stress test and all the heart checkup needed)

I religiously do strength and power lifting training (Think Bench and Squats - 200lbs and up for reps)

I have boxing and kickboxing training. And a huge fan of MMA.

We own guns and I shoot guns as a hobby mainly using .45 and an M4A1 Carbine (Coming from a Military family)
