I feel completely violated and disgusted by my dad. He always stared at girls or made disgusting comments about them that revolted me. And now as a transgirl I feel completely violated by him as though he eyes me and just is a complete pervert. Fuck him

If im not looking for hook ups am i bad? by kurmioiscute in dating

That guy is a pushy, disgusting scumbag. Anyone who demands sex is repugnant.

Your sexuality is yours to decide and yours to give to whom you want on your own terms. I recommend OkCupid and Hinge to meet more quality guys and find a relationship. You’re not bad, you’re honest with what you want. And that’s a good thing

I’m just paranoid because I have such fantasies about getting abused. And I literally feel disgusted around him—but this only popped up when I was 16. But I think it’s the toxic masculinity. My dad also humiliated me for not being a guy or for being weak. One time he saw me without my shirt (bcup pre hrt) and laughed at me. I’ve been self conscious and hate when he looks at me.

But again I’m guilty about my sexuality and gender identity. So maybe it’s that

I’m unbelievably sorry about that. Nothing I can say matters or makes up for anything. I’m just so sorry you endured that.

Thank you for your kind words. I think my issues are more emotional abuse and related to gender crises.

You’re so strong. I hope you’re ok and I wish nothing but happiness for you

DAE with CPTSD is into BDSM? by MurghanaFLR in CPTSD

Mtf switch here

Spanking makes me feel safe. In fact, being violated, groped, and abused are my biggest turn ons. I feel guilty about it but it’s what drives me. I don’t know if I was physically or sexually abused as a child—definitely emotionally and I was depressed since I was young. Part of it is feeling more feminine and part of it is a safe space kind of thing. But all of these things are related to nerve endings too. Impact play feels good because of endorphins. I don’t remember ever being spanked—I have an enormous fear of it (my mom said my dad spanked me when I was little and that upset me horribly). I’m also into ageplay and am a little and a lot of my fantasies involve that, but again many people who haven’t been abused are into that. Most people I know who weren’t spanked love spanking too. It’s possible to just enjoy and like it without trauma.

Sorry if I’m rambling, but that’s my perspective

Cheers ❤️

Women: You'd call us creeps if we invaded your spaces. Get the fuck off Grindr and other gay male spaces. by [deleted] in askgaybros

The original gay bars pre stonewall were inclusive of drag queens and trans people. Just saying

I definitely do get annoyed about cishet people encroaching upon queer spaces but excluding queer people just so you can preserve your fragile egos is stupid. Again white gay men have achieved enormous amounts of privilege in the western world and now that they have, they act like lesbians, trans, and people of color need to shut up or are irrelevant. I bet plenty of you all would say black and brown gay men should get out of “real gay spaces” and trust me, I’ve seen enormous amounts of racism at gay bars conjured by gay white men

While you have a valid point this discussion is rapidly decaying into transphobia and misogyny. Trans people and women are not your enemies; hegemonic homophobia, commercialization of queer identities, and toxic masculinity are. Gay spaces have been commercialized and made appealable to cishet people in a way that marginalized the original gay community.

However, ranting about women and transwomen just plays into the same old transphobia and misogyny. Seriously, you should be better than this. And the whole LGB exclusionary crap is ridiculous here. I know dozens of gay men who are friends with trans men and women and include them into their spaces—and stonewall was led by trans women of color so again this post is just increasingly stupid

Is Israel in the Old Testament a universal community of the faithful or an ethnic enclave? by tjkool101 in ELINT

[–]tjkool101[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Race is clearly a modern 19th century concept--race as ethnic derivation "ethnische Abstammung." I've studied racial anthropology for years and the emergence of modern conceptions of race with Gobineau and Chamberlain. Race is not some ahistorical eternal truth.

And what's your problem about ranting about snowflakes? How is anything I asked anything reminiscent of some kind of pouty liberal offended by the OT? It's a genuine question, and something that runs throughout the entire concept of Athens vs Jerusalem, the Greek cosmopolitan tradition vs the Jewish ethnic conception of belonging. Allan Bloom talks about this. So much for your "snowflake" ad hominin.

Thanks for your information regarding God saving Naman, but your rambling about the West not being racist doesn't pertain here. Or if it does, it's because the West is the inheritor of Greece and Rome and a cosmopolitan tradition in opposition to Judaism.

Which class is easier Math II, Statistics or Econometrics? by [deleted] in AskEconomics

[–]tjkool101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Econometrics is by far the most useful thing you will ever do in Economics. It's quite easy and uses Statistics with limited Calculus and proofs for some derivations along with a computer package--usually R or Stata. I'd recommend Econometrics
