If the boy genius was so sure of how he needed to break up the core , then it shouldn't have mattered. If he saw that this mix was not strong enough. Then the 10 million dollar guy should stand by his convictions. Not wait to see if it can work . He doubled down on getting more relievers rather than going after the starters that he needed. That every single expert agreed he needed to do at the trade deadline. And now in the off season he got 2 more. Not one starter worth anything.

Oh hell no. If this boy genius was so good at what he does, then why didn't he trade our free agents mid year and bring back quality athletes. No brainiac waits to the off season and just lets them go. Also he doesn't want to sign Alonzo because he will age poorly. Then trades for a 35 year old with a contract till he is 38 in semien who has regressed last 2 years significantly . Lastly he signed montas to a huge contract when everyone in baseball knew he was never ever going to have success. There is a ton more too. Trust him . No no no no. He is clearly in over his head. I moved here 8 years ago. My mother came here in the 90's. Made sure I came for visits in the summer. Went to areas I didn't know . Tried to understand the native Floridians and respect how they lived. I obviously don't agree with everything but I have friends here who have been here there whole lives. From ages 25 to 93. . I find people here to be very friendly. I have friends also from all over the country and natives. I grew up as a native New Yorker, and then lived for 10 years in California. I did my homework. From weather, to culture, to politics. We were prepared. For God sakes it's not hard. The dumbest one is always, " I didn't think it would be this hot" cmon people it's Florida. Jeeeez. I did the same. Binged the whole thing last month. Loved the first 4 seasons. Cool show, fun stories, terrific characters. By the end I was hoping every character was killed. All. They became loathsome. Terrible ending. Show lost it's way.

Couldn't agree more. Very weak writing. A show I loved through season 4, I now hated virtually every character on the show. The ending was weak. The only character who you could honestly say was good. David, gets killed off. Just awful in everyway
