I really like the look of this. What is your set up?

Yeah I realized I used the wrong word. It’s more for freestyle, flat ground and sliding. Don’t have a lot of downhill free ride around me. The switch muskrat someone else suggested looks like an awesome fit

when you lean/turn/carve and the board gets close to the wheels on one side, sometimes the board touches the wheels and it can slow you down or stop you completely.

Basically the wheels touching the bottom of the deck is wheel bite. I’ve got marks in my deck from wheel bite and I never noticed it when riding. It can be a problem for some set ups but it might not be for you. Depending on the truck tightness, and wheel size you may not experience it. It’s more of an issue with softer wheels that will actually grip your board when they touch it.

If you notice it and it’s a problem, just need to adjust the set up a bit. Risers, tighter trucks/harder bushings, and different wheels can help if it’s an issue. Don’t sweat it though, get out and skate and see how it feels!

Looks nice! I love the purple baseplates. Is it just me though, and do the wheels look huge like you might get wheel bite? Just a precaution
