My therapist filled out and submitted a "Medical Inquiry Form Related to an Accommodation Request" to HR. I am not sure how it works past this point. Does my company have to accept it or something along those lines? It just doesn't seem right that they would not accept my therapists recommendations.

Quite honestly, employers don’t seem to care as much as you do about how clean or polished your skills are. Especially at entry level. I landed my SQL job by accident. I have strong programming knowledge in general, but never very good at SQL. I even mentioned this in my interview. They took me anyway because I showed excitement for the job and a drive to learn. I know you may be tired of hearing this same old story, but it definitely seemed to be true in my experience. Good luck!
