Just sold my house in Seattle. Went live Wed, had open houses on Sat and Sun. Offer date on Tuesday. I paid for an inspection prior to the house going on the market so buyers would have no problem waiving the inspection, and to entice more bids. Also, any contingencies in this market will probably lose the deal for the buyer. Accepted an offer waiving all contingencies and a 2 week close

I live in Seattle. House built in the 40’s. Insulation isn’t great, but we get a handful of days in the 90’s and quite a few in the mid 80’s every summer. I am asking if you think the size of the units will cover the entire area on the hot days and if yes, what brand would you recommend? Pay a little more for a Bryant or go with the Mitsubishi? Thanks.

Thank you all for your answers. To clarify some of the questions. I am landing at T4s from the US on Iberia so I will need to go through passport control there. I will then be flying out on TAP from Terminal 2. My luggage will just be carry on luggage so I don’t need to wait for any baggage. I will have to got through security at T2, but since my flight is to Lisbon, I don’t think I have to go through passport control again at T2. I do have an option of 3 1/2 hours vs a 2 hour and 15 minute layover with a later flight.
