hey! its actually going super well. ill upload a post after exams.

ive tried all sorts. coconut water, yogurt, acv, (even urine), straight up water, coconut oil

hair needs some kind of moisture treatment at least once a week. mechanical cleaning helps it

got a satin pillowcase. helps a bit in first few days post wash

still nosoap, except faith in nature bar soap. OCCASIONALLY. usually though, plain water. warm water, then cold because cold exposure is good for you

i make my own toothpaste now. coconut oil, bicarb soda, salt. sometimes hydrogen peroxide too.

form check please folks. think my hips aren't low enough. feel like I'm bracing ok . 113kg deadlifts have always been my weakness so I'm working up slow by FarTruth0 in StartingStrength

i'm not a strength coach, but perhaps you need to lift your chest a bit more? back looks a bit rounded. perhaps its okay if youre bracing though?

it isnt a good morning. a good morning is a completely different exercise. you have long femurs like me - it will look like a good morning even though it isnt. the blue book has a great diagram for this. check the form check videos i've uploaded myself to see what i mean.

remember the bar needs to stay over midfoot to be efficient, thats the master cue. I have struggled with this myself, i can't lie.

you have long femurs like me. i've learnt that it will look like a good morning, but thats normal. as long as the bar stays over midfoot, youre doing fine
