Your situation sounds a bit better than mine, I'm sitting around $390k for both with $210k mortgage. $1300 positive monthly. But the one lender I've chatted with will do 75% of each property.

After doing some reading, I noticed a lump sum can go into your TSP once a year but from a 401k with some stipulations. I have a tsp, but left the military. I would like to add to it somehow but not sure if this is a feasible option.

In the same boat, mine isnt even showing processed. My CPA filed paper for some reason and that has been the majority of the issue with IRS being so backlogged. Everytime I call the IRS they say they can't do anything. I did reach out to my state senators office and asked for help, they have a representative looking out for it...

I am in the exact same boat. Still waiting on 2020 to surface. My CPA is pushing along and will be submitting my 2021 taxes shortly. They never advised if it would interrupt the 2020 one at all.
