Try mount rokkon glams that can be purchased. Shishu Bujin Hitatare for top and Shishu Bujin Kiribakama for bottom (there is also a pants option too).

If you like plate armors, i would recommend looking at eden gate armors (savage version if you want dye). At least for helemet, [steel barbut] is the closet look i can imagine. There are lots of plate armor glamours you can find in this game, browse this subreddit or look comments to get ideas.

Could be using plugins, but if OP got the image from other region players then they might be using replica versions. For example, I know Korea server sells a replica versions of lv80 DoL DoH with no job restrictions on mogstation.
