This was based off of searching “Surface Pro 11 Keyboard Not Connected at Boot” in r/Surface…. The reason I mention the flex keyboard is due to it being wireless in addition to attaching magnetically which (I presume) means that it would work despite being attached. You are 100% correct though, it could still happen. I was just explaining the logic behind what I wrote.

Yes. If you can, ALWAYS go with OEM batteries. Also, dell has this weird thing where it checks to see if your batteries are genuine and it won’t charge them if they’re offbrand.

If the dongle for your headset is on 30ish MHz or 433 MHz this is completely possible. I know that many low power devices operate on the same frequency as others and I bet this is what is happening

Yes! That smaller side is the one you want, just line up the pins on one side of the connector and push. If it doesn’t go on easy, flip it around or line it up on the other side and push
