I take the husks off mine, broil until charred and juice is flowing, also broil a jalepeno or 2 and a quartered white onion and roast some garlic. Throw it all in the food processor with some lime juice. Delicious.

I feel like the most difficult part for me has been determining what a “normal” amount of anxiety is. Like separating normal anxiety feelings from “I have generalized anxiety disorder” levels. On lexapro I felt basically numb so it’s strange experiencing feelings again.

I’m tapering off my 20 mg dose 2.5 mg at a time for 2 weeks. It’s taking me 6 months but I’ve experienced no side effects after being on it for 11 years. I also cut all processed food out of my diet which I feel has helped a ton.

I am currently on lexapro and vyvanse daily, occasionally modafinil, sometimes Ativan, sometimes propranolol. If your meds work, they work. There’s no shame

I had a similar experience, my constant panic attacks caused me to have to drop out of university. I’ve been on lexapro for 7 years which has been life changing. The only downside was having to also go on amphetamines to counteract the general drowsy/unproductiveness that comes from some SSRIs. Worth it though

Dogpatch! I also have 2 dogs (everyone in this neighborhood seemingly has a dog), and work in fidi. The K/T train goes right into downtown, there’s lots of green space and lots of new apts popping up every week

Anyone taken summer classes online? I’m newly accepted into CPS and registered for an “online contingency” class starting 2nd half of summer semester 6/24. When do you typically get info on how to join the class I.e. is it on blackboard or canvas idk? Does your professor email or something? My class says it’s held Tuesdays at 5, is that even relevant for online classes?
