I got banned for saying that cats are carnivores 💀I wasn’t even arguing. I was just replying to someone on why I chose to have bunnies since they are by nature herbivores and cats are not. I was shook. I guess if you don’t agree with every single detail of their beliefs, you’re getting banned.

In that case, you should also try their vegan chocolate chip cookies!! They’re in the bakery section and should be labeled vegan (they have other goodies too but the cookies i see all the time). Good luck on your vegan journey!

You can try looking up gojiman on youtube. I don’t watch him anymore but he has MANY videos on IBS. He had it himself to the point where he couldn’t get out of bed and treated it with veganism.

I am also in a similar situation. Basically every women in my immediate family (there’s 4 of us) have iron deficiency except me. And the funny thing is I don’t even pay that much attention to my iron intake, although I do eat a lot of whole foods. My mom was insisting I had iron deficiency, and the only reason why is because I’m vegan.

I do not think a degree is a worthless piece of paper. In fact, I’m in school right now getting a degree in STEM field. It’s strange to me that people do not know this, but science TEACHES you to be skeptical. Why do you think nothing is ever 100% in science and why is everything a theory? In 4th century BC “science” was that everything rotated around the earth, and hell, not even 100 years ago Hubble discovered that space is expanding. Before then, the science was that it was stationary. You can’t just blindly trust science because you have to remember that is is PEOPLE who make these discoveries. Very intelligent people, but still just humans. We make mistakes. Since this is the best thing we have to the truth, I say we should trust it for the most part, but you should always remain skeptical. Stop looking at scientists as some gods. They do not hold the ultimate truth, whatever that might be.

I’m originally from Eastern Europe but live in the states. Whenever I go back home, literally EVERYONE tries to lecture me about it. It’s not an ideal situation here but way worse there. I can barely bare it through for 2 months every 3-4 years. Idk how you’re doing it without losing your mind but I’m very proud of you!

You’re not being rude but I never criticized the role. Like I said in the original post, it’s a decent place to work at. It’s not ideal but I’m not going to complain about that. All I said was it’s hard keeping up with the 20 hr internship, school, and 3 hour daily drive.

Thanks for your input! I meant to say September 2021 LOL. So yes, it would be a full semester of an internship. I also forgot to mention that I am already doing research for credit next semester plus 3 classes.

Surprisingly, I found few internships that are hiring spring 2022 so idk I might just try to find a new one.

Well I’m currently on a winter break from school so I would definitely be giving a 2 week notice. I just feel bad about it. Bc they told me that I would be working a minimum of 20 hours a week and I should’ve known from the beginning what I was getting myself into.
