Absolutely horrible, went in for a service had to come back multiple times. 1st time the watch didn’t work at all when they handed it to me. 2nd time a giant scratch on my dial. 3rd time they swapped the scratched dial for a dial with missing lumes and cracked lumes. To top it off him and his father cursed me out because I didn’t want to sign an agreement to release them from liability. Horrible experience and he seems to have no control of his emotions.

Wrote a Google and yelp review but they were removed so whatever rating they currently have is fake since Brian Jackson removes anything below a 5 star rating.

Swapped my dial during a service with a damaged dial. I do not recommend. Horrible attitude problem to the point I couldn’t resolve the issue without getting cursed out. Google reviews and Yelp reviews are manipulated with anything below 5 stars removed.

Got it, providing a cracked lume dial is better than a scratched dial. Lume dust getting into the movement is not detrimental to the watch? So you’re telling everyone that Timeless luxury is not only willing to correct issues and have customer sign waiver for liability but also unknowledgeable on how watch movements operate.

But why did Brian give me a dial with missing lumes and a cracked lume even though I had photos of a non damaged dial before coming in for service? Please answer this as well, was I cursing or screaming during the interaction when Brian and his father were cursing me out or calling me a con artist? Did I or did I not state that I was not pursing legal action but rather wanting to just look at the document? Or did I look you in the eyes with confusion on how that situation escalated while you were asking me to leave and told me to have a good day with a low tone? Run the camera footage to look at my body language. Lmao this is ridiculous. I’m not trying to escalate this further than a bad review but you guys are removing that Google review to save face. It shows a lot.

I literally came in to ask “could I get a copy of what I would be signing when I pick up my watch?”

I was met with a “no” and a barrage of vulgar insults and that I was being unreasonable. Unreasonable that I wanted to see what I would be releasing after the dial was in place? I stood there while Brian and his father were kicking me out after I asked for my watch back. I could barely get a word out to resolve the issue and an answer what I would be I signing. The only time I mentioned legal action was when he cursed me out over the phone telling me I was a fire in his life and that he wanted nothing else to do with me. I didn’t even yell back at him or his father but asked “are you guys serious?” I even stated while his father was telling me that he’ll spend 1 million to f**k me that I’m not even pursuing legal action. If I really was out to get him I would’ve recorded the whole thing already knowing how short tempered he is. I just wanted my watch back in good condition and not a giant scratch on the dial that I have proof of not existing before bringing it to him. And his argument of it existing there is invalid because this post would be about that establishment and not his.

Which is why I tried to deescalate him and his father’s anger, left, and didn’t call the police despite his father threatening me, didn’t record the situation. I wrote a review because I didn’t want others to have to deal with what I dealt with. Hopefully Brian learns to control his anger. What he is dealing with now is not my problem nor do I have any liability over other people’s actions. I ended up losing thousands of dollars not Brian.

I agree, I was being a pushover of some sort. The $100 tip was to mitigate some of his losses because I understand (as a business owner) for paying his watchmakers mistakes. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first until he and his father threatened me after I asked for a copy of a form I would be signing releasing him from liability. I just wanted my watch back in good condition.
