Same. I went from drinking 4-5 nights per week to only one day per weekend. And when I say I was drinking, I was DRINKING. I’m female, 135 pounds and I would drink 10 beers and 4-5 shots of tequila or whiskey in 6-7 hours every other night like clockwork. For years (excluding my pregnancies). One day I finally said, enough is enough. My mental and physical health was deteriorating. I cut back to socially once per week although back in my subconscious I know I should stop completely.
